Domain Email Support

If you have website / email hosting with StudioCoast that has been arranged by us, you can access your emails from an email program or smartphone device.

 

In order to help you setup your emails on one of these, below you will find a number of common email program setup guides to choose from.

 

One of the biggest things we get asked about is this :  – my emails won’t send from my device – always make sure you have turned on StudioCoast as an outgoing mail server (SMTP) and that the port is 26

 

Before you begin

 

You will need to have your Email Account, Password, Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server information – if you don’t have this please contact us and we can either email, text or phone you with this. Alternatively if you know your Host Control username and password with StudioCoast, please login there to find the information.

 

Once in Host Control, browse to the “Email Accounts” section, find the email account you wish to setup and select the ‘Connect Info’ link to the right. This will show your email’s username, password, incoming mail server, outgoing mail server and port number. Keep this information handy and proceed.
