Project Completed

Website Build

OVERVIEW

Lantana Plan Management required a complete digital refresh to improve their online visibility, strengthen their professional presence within the NDIS sector, and better communicate their services to participants and families searching online.

The existing website lacked the structure, optimisation, and supporting Google integrations needed to perform effectively in search engines or build strong online credibility.

THE BRIEF

The goal was to redevelop the website into a modern, professional, and highly visible online platform that reflected the quality of Lantana Plan Management’s services.

Key objectives included:

  • Improving Google search visibility and SEO performance
  • Creating a clearer user experience for NDIS participants and families
  • Modernising the overall design and presentation
  • Integrating professional imagery and stronger service messaging
  • Implementing LLMO and SEO-focused wording throughout the site
  • Setting up the essential Google infrastructure for long-term growth and analytics tracking
  • Strengthening website security and spam protection

The project also required ensuring the business appeared credible, trustworthy, and aligned with current NDIS marketing standards.

THE APPROACH

The entire website was rebuilt in WordPress to create a cleaner, more scalable, and professionally structured platform.

A full content and design refresh was undertaken, including:

  • Reworking the site structure and navigation
  • Updating imagery across the website
  • Rewriting service content with SEO and LLMO optimisation in mind
  • Refining headings, keywords, and metadata to improve discoverability on Google
  • Creating clearer pathways for users seeking NDIS plan management services

In addition to the website redevelopment, a complete Google ecosystem was established, including:

  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Google Analytics integration
  • Google Search Console configuration
  • reCAPTCHA implementation
  • Website security setup and protection measures

The site was also developed with ongoing digital marketing in mind, allowing future growth through content updates, Google activity, and search optimisation strategies.

THE OUTCOME

The final result was a polished and professional online presence that better reflected the quality and professionalism of Lantana Plan Management and its services.

The new website successfully integrated:

  • Modern NDIS-focused branding and messaging
  • Improved search engine optimisation
  • Stronger service visibility
  • Enhanced usability and navigation
  • Google-connected marketing and analytics tools
  • Improved site security and functionality

The project delivered a far more credible and engaging platform for both existing and potential clients.

Muigai was extremely happy with the final outcome, and the relationship has continued beyond the website launch. Ongoing bi-monthly Google posting management is now being provided to help maintain visibility, strengthen engagement, and keep the public informed about the organisation and its services.
