I want to leave a review for Sue. A few months ago, I was in a difficult position after investing a huge amount of money with a website design company that claimed to be one of the best in Australia- the project was to build a new website; long story short, it went pear-shaped with them. I knew I had to part ways, but the job was only half done. Sue took over the project, and she's gone way beyond my expectations, above and beyond the call of duty, and now my business is back on its feet again. I’m out of the woods; there's still work to do, but it's a never-ending story with websites, and I want to thank Sue for all the hard work she's done and the results she's achieved. She is highly skilled, pleasant to work with and a dedicated professional. Tim Thornton.
Sue has truly been heaven-sent for my business. She was patient, honest, and explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand language. She is incredibly knowledgeable and up to date with the latest website technology. I highly recommend her services.
100% recommend Desc Designs for your website development/maintenance. Sue was great to work with, explained everything well and was easy to work with.
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the website Sue created for Professional Caulking Group. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, easy to deal with, and genuinely cared about getting everything right for our business rather than just building a “standard” website. What stood out most was how much effort she put into understanding our industry, the services we offer, and even how customers search for caulking online. The site feels clean, professional, fast, and actually reflects who we are as a business. Sue has also been amazing with ongoing support — every small issue, layout tweak, broken link, or SEO adjustment has been handled quickly and properly without us having to chase things up.She’s also been proactive with ideas around SEO, blogs, location pages, and improving visibility online, which has been a huge help for us. You can tell she genuinely wants the business to grow, not just finish the project and move on.We’ve worked with a few people over the years for websites and marketing, and this has easily been the smoothest experience we’ve had.Highly recommend Sue to anyone wanting a professional website with real support behind it.Cheers, Professional Caulking Group

The website looks fantastic and truly reflects our business, and Susan’s attention to detail and knowledge around SEO has been outstanding. She’s approachable, easy to deal with and genuinely cares about delivering a high-quality result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Susan and DESC Designs to anyone looking for a professional, well-executed website and ongoing support.
A huge thank you to Sue for walking this journey with me. We started the website back in February, then life pressed pause. She’s been patient, kind and steady all the way through. Her graphic flair and eye for detail have made the site look amazing. I’m so grateful 💗
We recently engaged DESE to rebuild our website after it was hacked. Sue is the most responsive and knowledgeable web designer I have worked with in the 17 years of running our business. We can’t wait to work with Sue again on the long list of projects we had previously shelved due to the lack of confidence we held in our previous developers.DESC has been a breath of fresh air, we can’t recommend them enough!!

The website not only looks fantastic but is also easy to navigate for our members, players, and supporters.Sue’s professionalism and efficiency have been outstanding, and her ongoing support ensures the site continues to run smoothly. We would highly recommend DESC Designs to any club or organisation looking for a reliable and creative web designer.— Keilor Cricket Club
Huge shoutout to Susan for absolutely nailing our TopFade website! From design to functionality, she’s been on top of everything — super professional, easy to work with, and always quick to respond. She made sure both our Kew and Ivanhoe locations were properly showcased, and the whole booking process is now smooth and user-friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better website manager. Appreciate all the hard work, Susan!

Sue has done an amazing job with our small family business website. She has gone above and beyond.
After having a dissapointing experience with my previous website company of 12 years, I found Susan, within in a week and a half , my new website was beautifully done and live. Less than half the cost to build and saved so much more on hosting, which was such a bonus for my tiny business. Not only did Susan build my site, she did so many little extras for me. Great knowledge and a wonderful person to deal with ❤
Have been using Susan for several years now and will continue to do so. Has been very helpful in helping my business grow through marketing and others sources of design. Highly recommend
