Website Build

OVERVIEW

Boost Disability Support Services is a compassionate NDIS provider based in Ipswich, Queensland, offering personalised disability support services designed to empower participants and improve quality of life. The website was redesigned by DESC Designs to modernise the business’s online presence, replacing an outdated website built on older technology and infrastructure with a fresh, user-friendly, and professionally optimised platform.

THE BRIEF

The goal of the project was to create a modern, professional, welcoming, and easy-to-navigate website that would build trust with participants and their families while showcasing the full scope of services offered by Boost Disability Support Services.

The client wanted the website to:

  • Present the business as compassionate, trustworthy, and professional
  • Clearly explain NDIS support services in simple language
  • Make it easy for participants and referrers to enquire or make contact
  • Improve online visibility within the Ipswich and Greater Brisbane regions
  • Establish a strong digital presence for a growing disability support business
  • Reflect the company’s core values of respect, integrity, equality, compassion, and empowerment

THE APPROACH

The website was strategically designed with accessibility, clarity, and warmth in mind. A clean layout, calming colour palette, and clear calls-to-action were used throughout the site to create an experience that felt supportive and approachable for users of all ages and abilities.

The website was rebuilt on a modern WordPress installation using the latest PHP environment for improved speed, security, and long-term stability. The site was also developed using Divi 5 by Elegant Themes, providing a flexible, future-focused framework with enhanced performance, responsive design capabilities, and easier ongoing content management.

SEO/LLMO foundations were implemented across the site to improve Google visibility for local searches related to disability support and NDIS services in Ipswich. This included:

  • Keyword optimisation
  • Google indexing and search console setup
  • Security configuration
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Contact and referral forms
  • Google Business integration

The site was also built to encourage trust and connection through value-driven messaging, community-focused content, and participant-centred language.

THE OUTCOME

The result is a professional and engaging online presence that authentically represents Boost Disability Support Services and its mission to support individuals living with disabilities.

The new website now provides:

  • A strong and credible first impression
  • Improved local online visibility
  • Easier access to information and referrals
  • Clear communication of services and values
  • A user-friendly experience across desktop and mobile devices
  • A scalable platform to support future business growth

Most importantly, the website creates a welcoming digital space where participants and families can feel supported, informed, and confident in taking the next step toward accessing care and support services.
