THE PROJECT

Boost Disability Support Services (Boost DSS) is an NDIS provider based in Ipswich, Queensland, delivering personalised disability support services designed around the individual needs of participants.

As the business grew, its existing website no longer reflected the professionalism, values or range of services offered by Boost DSS.

The project involved creating a completely modernised digital presence that would be welcoming, accessible and easy to navigate while clearly communicating the services available to participants, families and referrers.

The website needed to do more than look professional. It needed to create an online experience where visitors could quickly find information, understand their options and feel confident taking the next step.
