OVERVIEW
Matt and I have worked together for a number of years, starting with the development of his original business website for Illumination Systems. So when he decided to expand and launch a new venture — Cosy Toes — it was great to have him return for support in building his new digital presence.
THE BRIEF
With Cosy Toes, Matt was entering a new market and wanted a website that would effectively introduce and promote the brand. He needed guidance not just on design and functionality, but also on the digital tools that would help him reach a wider audience and establish a strong online footprint from day one.
THE APPROACH
We worked collaboratively to bring his vision to life, starting with a professional and engaging website that clearly communicated the purpose and products of Cosy Toes.
In addition to the website design, I implemented key digital foundations:
- Set up a Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility
- Integrated Google Analytics and Search Console for performance tracking and search insights
- Designed a site with a clean layout, strong branding, and easy navigation to enhance the user experience
- Ensured the site was fully responsive across all devices and optimised for SEO
Matt chose to have the website expedited so he could have it up and running quickly.
THE OUTCOME
Cosy Toes launched with a strong online presence, giving Matt the confidence that his new business would be visible, professional, and easy to find. With the right digital tools in place from the beginning, he was well-positioned to attract new customers and grow his brand.
