THE PROJECT

Following the successful development of the East Keilor Football Club website, East Keilor Cricket Club engaged DESC Designs to create a dedicated digital home for its cricket community.

The challenge was to build more than a basic club website. EKCC needed a platform that could bring together fixtures, results, news, events, merchandise and club information in one easy-to-manage location.

THE APPROACH

The website was developed under the Game Plan Package, specifically designed for sporting clubs that need a practical and flexible online presence.

A clear content structure makes it easy for visitors to find essential club information, while fixtures, results, events and news provide a central source of current information throughout the season.

MORE THAN A CLUB WEBSITE

One of the key additions was a fully integrated eCommerce store, allowing EKCC to sell player uniforms and supporter merchandise directly through the website.

This transformed the site from an information resource into a practical club tool — giving members a place to keep up with the season, stay connected with the club and purchase what they need online.

DESC Designs also provides ongoing content support, including news updates, helping the website remain current without adding another administrative burden to the volunteer committee.

THE RESULT

East Keilor Cricket Club now has a flexible digital hub that supports the club on and off the field.
