OVERVIEW
Tony from Gladstone Park Plumbing Group Pty Ltd approached DESC Designs with a website that had become outdated and no longer reflected the quality of his plumbing services. The site was missing an SSL certificate, wasn't meeting modern security standards, and provided a poor user experience.
The goal was to replace the ageing website with a modern, professional online presence that would build trust with customers and help generate more enquiries.
THE BRIEF
The brief was straightforward: create a clean, professional website that was easy for customers to navigate and made contacting Gladstone Park Plumbing Group as simple as possible.
The new website needed to showcase the company's plumbing services, establish credibility, perform well in search engines, and provide a solid foundation for future business growth.
THE APPROACH
Rather than attempting to update the existing website, we built an entirely new WordPress website from the ground up.
Every element was rewritten and redesigned to provide a better experience for both users and search engines. Fresh, engaging website copy was created along with comprehensive service pages, frequently asked questions, and strategically written content optimised for both traditional SEO and Large Language Model Optimisation (LLMO).
