THE PROJECT

Hadfield Football Club was one of the first sporting organisations to come on board with the DESC Designs Game Plan Package, beginning a long-standing partnership that has continued across more than a decade of football seasons.

Like many community sporting clubs, Hadfield FC operates in an environment where committees, coaches, players, sponsors and priorities change regularly. The website needed to provide continuity — remaining a reliable digital home regardless of who was running the club from season to season.

THE BRIEF

The club needed a professional, practical website that could keep pace with a busy football calendar while remaining straightforward for the committee to manage.

The website needed to provide a central place for:

• Fixtures and results
• Club news and announcements
• Events and important dates
• Committee and club information
• Updates for players, families and supporters
• Information for the wider Hadfield community

Most importantly, it needed to be flexible enough to evolve with the club.

The site is continually updated throughout the season, including EDFL fixtures and results, club announcements and events.

Ongoing website maintenance ensures the platform remains secure, functional and up to date, while the structure allows new committees and volunteers to step in without having to start again.
