OVERVIEW
David from Positive Solutions approached DESC Designs after being referred by our trusted hosting company. What started as a simple website refresh quickly evolved into a comprehensive digital overhaul—including a full eCommerce integration and Google Business profile management.
THE BRIEF
Positive Solutions needed to upgrade their outdated website and introduce online shopping functionality. The primary goal was to modernise the site’s appearance and performance, while making their services and products more accessible to customers.
THE APPROACH
After reviewing the existing website, we agreed on the First Impressions Package with the eCommerce Add-on. A staging site was created where we rebuilt the structure, refreshed the design, and implemented WooCommerce for their online store. During development, it became evident that a significant number of elements required manual updating and reworking—beyond the initial scope. Additionally, DESC Designs identified that Positive Solutions’ Google Business profile was underperforming, and we offered support to improve and manage it as an add-on service.
THE OUTCOME
What began as a basic website refresh transformed into a complete digital rejuvenation. Positive Solutions now boasts a clean, functional, and fully integrated eCommerce website, along with an optimised Google Business presence. The result is a stronger online identity, increased visibility, and a better experience for their customers. A small job that grew into a rewarding, collaborative project.
