THE PROJECT
Positive Solutions approached DESC Designs with an outdated website that needed a fresh, modern look and a more effective way to connect customers with the business.
What began as a website refresh quickly developed into a broader digital redevelopment, including the introduction of eCommerce and a review of the business's Google presence.
The goal was to create a website that not only looked more professional, but also made it easier for customers to explore services, shop online and connect with the business.
THE BRIEF
Positive Solutions needed a website that could:

THE APPROACH
The First Impression Package, combined with the eCommerce Add-on, provided the right foundation for the project.
A staging website was created so the redevelopment could be completed safely before launch. The existing website structure and content were reviewed and refined, with the design updated to create a cleaner and more contemporary experience.
BUILDING THE ONLINE STORE
WooCommerce was integrated to introduce online shopping functionality, creating a dedicated product area within the website.
The eCommerce component was designed to make the customer journey straightforward — from discovering products and understanding what is available through to browsing the online store and making a purchase.
The website was also structured so the business could continue to expand its online product offering over time.
GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
During the project, DESC Designs also identified an opportunity to improve Positive Solutions' Google Business Profile.
The profile was reviewed and optimised as part of the wider digital strategy, helping align the business's Google presence with its website and providing a stronger foundation for local search visibility.
A COMPLETE DIGITAL REFRESH
Rather than simply applying a new visual design, the redevelopment looked at the website as a whole — improving structure, presentation, functionality and the way customers interact with the business online.
This created a more cohesive digital experience across the website, online store and Google presence.
THE RESULT
Positive Solutions now has a modern website with integrated WooCommerce eCommerce, providing customers with a clearer way to explore the business and shop online.
The accompanying Google Business Profile improvements have strengthened the connection between the website and the business's local online presence.
