OVERVIEW
Suzie from Stella Collection approached DESC Designs looking to completely refresh her online presence. Her existing website had been built on Square, which had served its purpose initially, but it had become restrictive as her business evolved. The platform lacked the flexibility, functionality and professional presentation needed to showcase her growing range of spiritual products and services.
The goal was to create a website that truly reflected the warmth, beauty and calming nature of the Stella Collection brand while providing a much better experience for visitors and customers alike.
THE BRIEF
The brief was beautifully simple: create a website that felt pretty, welcoming and comforting from the moment someone landed on the homepage.
The site needed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing visitors to effortlessly browse products, learn about Stella Collection, and book spiritual readings. It also needed to support future business growth with a reliable eCommerce platform and improved search engine visibility.
Every design decision centred around creating a peaceful online space that reflected Suzie's personality and the heart behind her business.
THE APPROACH
Rather than starting from scratch, we carefully reviewed Suzie's existing website to identify the elements she already loved. This allowed us to retain the essence of Stella Collection while building a completely modern website with significantly improved functionality.
The new website was developed on WordPress with full WooCommerce integration, creating a professional online store that is easy for both customers to shop and for Suzie to manage. Products were reorganised and presented in a cleaner, more user-friendly layout, making the shopping experience far more enjoyable.
Additional enhancements included:
- Complete WooCommerce integration for online sales.
- A redesigned logo to better represent the Stella Collection brand.
- Setmore booking integration, allowing clients to easily book spiritual readings online.
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console implementation to monitor website performance and visitor behaviour.
- Rank Math SEO configuration to improve search engine visibility and support long-term organic growth.
- Google Business Profile integration to strengthen Stella Collection's online presence.
- Improved navigation, layout and user experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
The end result was a website that not only looked beautiful but also provided the tools needed to grow the business with confidence.

The finished website perfectly captures the calming, nurturing and welcoming nature of Stella Collection. Visitors can now effortlessly browse the online store, discover Suzie's services, and book readings through a seamless online booking system.
