Please send a separate form per child that the letter is required for. This just gives me some information about your child.

These letter MUST be posted by December 10th. Family letters will come in ONE envelope so no one misses out.

PS: If the magic of Santa has gone for your child, but they have siblings that believe in the special magic, please let me know in the comment at the end.
