OVERVIEW

David Fienberg from The Lupin Co initially approached me to design their first eBook. This project soon expanded into a much larger digital transformation of the brand’s online presence.

THE BRIEF

While working on the eBook, it became clear that The Lupin Co’s existing website was outdated and in need of a complete refresh. The goal was to modernise the site, improve its functionality, and ensure it was secure and future-ready.

THE APPROACH

I began by rebuilding the existing website with a fresh new look on a secure WordPress platform. Throughout the process, regular discussions with David led to the inclusion of additional features, such as implementing a customer rewards program. The project also required a server migration and changes to backend management to support the site’s evolving needs.

THE OUTCOME

Within a 3-month timeframe, The Lupin Co launched a revitalised website that not only supports eBook digital distribution, product sales and also provides a smoother user experience, enhanced security, and added value through a fully integrated rewards system.
